Privacy
A plain-language summary of what EVOLVE collects, what it does with it, and what stays private.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your email address, first name, and any display name, username or profile image you choose to add.
- What you do in EVOLVE: your assessment answers, your growth profile, lesson and quiz activity, actions you mark as done, reflections you write, and the progress derived from all of it.
- If paid access opens, membership information may include your subscription state and payment-provider identifiers. EVOLVE will not store card details.
- Basic technical information needed to run the service securely, such as authentication session data.
What stays private
- Your assessment answers, growth profile, reports and reflections are private to your account. They are not shown publicly and are not used as social content.
- Leaderboards only ever show the display identity you choose, and only if you opt to appear on them. You can keep yourself off leaderboards entirely in your settings.
- Your email address is never shown to other people using EVOLVE.
How we use your information
- To personalise your journey and the content you see.
- To show you your own progress, mastery and reports.
- To operate your account, membership and security.
- To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns. We do not put your reflections or individual answers into analytics.
Cookies and analytics
- EVOLVE sets the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the site. These are essential to the service.
- We do not currently run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
Your choices
- You can update your profile details and privacy settings at any time from your account settings.
- Paid membership and its cancellation controls are not open yet.
- A verified support channel for account and data requests will be published before launch.
