EVOLVE is a daily personal-growth system built around short sessions: something to learn, something to check you understood, something to practise, and something to apply in real life. Your answers are scored to produce a Growth Profile: a primary and secondary area to focus on, your strengths, and a starting point for your journey. It takes about five minutes and will stay free. Daily sessions are designed to take roughly 5–10 minutes. Some days you'll spend longer on the real-world action, because that part happens in your life rather than on a screen.
