Avoiding a conversation might look like a communication problem, and often it's closer to confidence. Losing a habit after a bad week is rarely discipline alone — resilience is usually involved. The planned assessment will consider these areas together before suggesting one place to begin.
When the assessment opens, it is intended to produce one Growth Profile from all ten areas. Assessment-led personalisation will follow later.
